Terms and conditions

• I have read and accept the general registration terms.
  Full Details
• I acknowledge that I am also required to register and pay an affiliation fees as per the Fee Info page in Squadi and Majestri.
  
  I acknowledge that the fees noted in the invoice above have been reduced by the fee to be paid via Squadi and PlayFootball.
• I acknowledge that full fee payment (or a payment plan being entered into) is due in order to receive any playing kit(s) or prior to the commencement of Round 1, whichever is earlier.
  
  If fees are not paid before fixtures commence, players will not be activated and will be unable to play in games.
  
  In the event a space is unable to found in a team for a player, fees will be refunded subject to our refund policy.
• Should any disciplinary fines (i.e. for red cards or cumulative yellow cards) be issued to SUFC by Football Queensland on behalf of a player, these fees will be on-charged in full to the offending player. By agreeing to these terms, the player (or parent/guardian if under 18) agrees to pay any on-charged disciplinary fees incurred.
• I acknowledge the policies and key documents as per the SUFC website and agree to abide by these where applicable

• I acknowledge that the volunteer levy is subject to final approval at the 2026 AGM and this levy may change.
• I acknowledge that there is an additional $40 fee to be added should my child accept an offer into a kangaroos team (Miniroos)
• I acknowledge that should I not complete registration in Squadi, I am liable for any fines invoiced to the club in relation to myself/my child.
• I acknowledge that should I not complete the registration in PlayFootball, I am aware my child is not covered for insurance should they get injured.
